With striking views of Tower Bridge from the elegant terrace, Le Pont de la Tour exudes an air of elegant refinement. Sublime French brasserie-style dishes and one of London's best wine lists can be experienced in the tranquil marine-inspired dining room with riverside views.
Blending French classicism with modern touches, the Pont de la Tour menu includes whole roasted mallard with creamed cabbage, pommes paille, and game jus, or fresh crustacea like grilled lobster with garlic butter. Vegetarian dishes at Le Pont de la Tour London include stuffed Piquillo pepper with tomato couscous, fried courgette and sauce verte.
Decadences like banana soufflé with caramelised peanut ice cream and salted caramel sauce or raspberry crème brulée with pistachio sablé are presented alongside an excellent French cheese selection.
The intimate private dining rooms at Le Pont de la Tour Shad Thames present unique dining areas divided by a glass wall, surrounded by fine wines and rare Grand Crus.
Le Pont de La Tour is currently undergoing refurbishment, to make sure the restaurant design is every bit as striking as the food, the wine and the view. While getting ready for the big reveal they would like to recommend dining with their neighbours at The Butlers Wharf Chop House or its pop-up restaurant, Carom Spice Garden, Blueprint Café and Cantina del Ponte. They'll be back open in mid- September, but if you have any questions in the meantime call 020 7403 8403 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

As usual, the food and venue and staff were too brilliant! Ever so accomodating and friendly! We had the tasting menu with wine pairing, to celebrate a birthday and a new job. Every single plate that came out was an explosion of flavour! And so pretty on the plate!
Special thank you to the maitre D Fabien, the sommelier Imre and our waiter Luca :-)
You guys made our night! We will be back for more very soon :-)

We dined outside even though the weather was not very good. This was possible because the area was wonderfully heated. The food was delicious and our waiters were efficient as well as friendly, looking after us really well.

The food was good, especially the steaks and I liked the ample wine selection as well as the wine specialist's recommendation.
The service was not up to the standard: we had to ask for tap water 5 times! while sparking water was brought with no delay, making us feel like the waters purposefully ignored our request. We were a party of 8 and enjoyed several bottles of wine and each one of us had at least two dishes, so I was quite dissatisfied with the little attention we got from the waiters, especially considering how many of them were around.

Amazing food thanks to the chef. We had eaten lunch so had a light dinner. Will try and get hold of the chefs book as that bread was a first for me. My Husband eats there regularly with clients. He says the best food south of the River. And incredible views of Tower Bridge. Thanks to all the staff but mostly Head Chef, please get a book out soon if you have not yet written one.

Had a fantastic dinner here, great value for money and very attentive staff. Beautiful setting next to tower bridge, and lovely food. Would definitely recommend for a nice occasion.

Wonderful ambience, as we sat outside in the sunshine. Food good, we all had the tasting menu with the paired wines. We advised the waiter that the quails eggs were missing from all starters, he said he would see the Chef. Eventually we received and apology but no off of a substitute. When ordered coffee I asked if these would be on the house due to the quails egg missing, this was agreed to and the coffees were not included on the bill.
