The glamorous LayaLina restaurant in Knightsbridge serves fine Lebanese cuisine to London. Champagne and cocktails flow at the LayaLina lounge bar, with diners enjoying live music and entertainment, not least downstairs with the exotic cabaret on offer at Privée.
Full of tempting hot and cold starters, the LayaLina menu offers dishes like makanek (homemade lamb sausages with pine nuts and coriander) and the spinach and tomato filled pastry, fatayer. With hummus, halloumi and calamari too, choose from the starters range to create your own set menu to share.
Meat-eaters are sure to enjoy the spicy koftas and marinated chicken dishes, as well as the big meat-merge platter. Decadent Lebanese desserts of sticky baklawa, carob molasses and cheese honey rolls with clotted cream will make LayaLina a favourite for pudding lovers.
Live music, belly dancing and burlesque performers make for diverting entertainment, and the chilled-out bar serves a wide choice of wines, including some from Lebanon itself. LayaLina in London is a 7-minute walk from Knightsbridge Tube Station.

The staff were not very friendly and service minded. There was a burlesque/stripbar in the basement which was not advertised anywhere. It gave a very cheesy experience. I will NOT recommend anyone I know to go to this restaurant.

Booked this restaurant for my fiancé's birthday. We had a lovely greeting when we arrived, were found a nice window table and had attentive service all night. The food was delicious - we ordered several small plates to share and everything was very fresh and tasty. When they found out it was my fiancé's birthday, at the end of the meal they played a 'Happy Birthday' song and brought us free baklava. Lovely. Definitely recommended.

This was the worst ever dinning experience, the food was horrid, the decor was tacky, staff did not know how to speak english properly. The toilets were in a state. The whole experience was a complete waste of money, time and embrassing as I took my girlfriend for a meal. And the whole menu was over priced for the standard and quality of the food. The waiter asked me if I will come back? I replied I will not come back even if you paid me too. I am extremly angry with bookatable as I believe this laylina place does not derserve to be on this site.

We had a great evening at Layalina. Tucked away just around the corner form Harrods we visited on Thursday evening. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and we immediatly felt at home. The Lebanese style food was to be honest the best I have ever tasted. The hummus was delicious and the Tabouleh was superb. There were no negatives and the price was very competetive for Knightsbridge. Highly recommended!
