My meal was delicious. The amuse bouche was outstanding and set the tone for the rest of the meal. Everything was beautifully presented, and tasted sublime. I had a truly wonderful meal.

Service was excellent cannot fault. My husband and I had the seven course taster menu and they were very obliging and accommodated my request and replaced the pork with lamb and it was delicious. The portions were just right. Must say the star anise puree with the meat was really nice. We both loved all the dishes. For my husband he would have liked some dressing/juice with his pork Apart from that perfect.

Amuse bouches excellent.Starter Asparagus acceptable. Main:Lamb deliciously well cooked. Service etc was fine. Presentation of the whole restaurant was coloured and brought down by the state of the tables. Holes in every table as a result of turning the tops over looked extremely shabby and could have been saved by table cloths. Overall I rate Galvin's B de luxe higher.

The restaurant was very busy for a Monday evening so we were very glad we had booked. We enjoyed our dinner, the staff were very welcoming and attentive and the food was good. The 'Deer' main course was excellent and the Asparagus starter was good but the amuse all lacked a bit of flavour!

We all loved everything. Excellent service. We loved that the kitchen was able to split all our dishes to share so we had our own style tasting menu

We enjoyed our visit. Felt welcomed, the food was very good, and good value. Very extensive wine list, and interesting selections.

Service slightly slow, especially as we had been informed that the booking slot was only 2 hours (but we were at least not pressed to leave!)

Only real negative was the noise level -- it's one of those restaurants with no soft furnishings, so chatter from other tables seems loud and drowns out your own converstaion. Not helped by one or two 'brayers' at other nearby tables.
