The service was generally good considering how busy it was but we didn't receive any free cava as promised when we booked for the special event. They also didn't take our deposit paid in advance off of the bill until we sent it back - I wonder how many people got caught out by this.

Went for valentine's day and was supposed to get the free glass of cava which never came, asked one of the waiters after our starter arrived and said he'd bring it over but didn't. Then had a charge of £10 for it on the bill!? What happened to it being free? Otherwise all was good.

The food was lovely, but it was really busy. We had to wait for our table and then the service was slow. In fact we gave up trying to have a pudding or coffee as we were bored of waiting to be served. The tables were very close together, so a neighbouring table with loud screechy ladies around it, dominated our table space, so it was difficult to talk or be heard. This made the evening not as enjoyable as it could have been.

Lovely food, the patatas bravas was particularly good. However the service wasn't, my friend and I struggled to get the waiters attention for the dessert menu and in the end we had to go and get menus ourselves. We also couldn't get his attention for more water and had to get our own water bottles out of our bags to refill our glasses.

We booked a table for two at 9pm and waited at the door for 5 minutes before someone bothered to sit us down. When we were taken to a table it wasn't set up so we had so wait further while the waitress wiped a dirty cloth over it. She then left and no one returned to even take a drink order for 25 minutes. Our starters came before our drinks did. Overall the food was great as always and normally the service is good however last night it was appalling. The service did not match the upbeat atmosphere and good food unfortunately.

When we arrived we were told we couldnt have the Fiesta menu as it was for tables of 6+. It didnt mention this anywhere on Bookatable, however they approved it but it was awkward for a time. Also the waitress was quite rude in her delivery of this news. Thankfully the food was lovely and the service improves after this misunderstanding

Very impressive flaming skull sharing cocktails, tasty tapas, yummy churros and friendly service, from the door to the table, (thank you Nino).
