Fantastic service throughout. Food was really tasty. Tables quite close together so completed to hear conversation on table at times ( was a Friday so really busy)

3rd time I've been And each time had ximxim as I love it as my main course with different starters and deserts. I love the two for one cocktails but wish it could be 2 different ones and also drinks like Cuba Libre could be in much nicer glasses. Great atmosphere and good service. Chairs very uncomfortable ( I have a spinal problem) and feel that I would stay longer if I was more comfortable and my friends also said the same.

Over charged had to send bill back, slow service, service charge added to bill

Firstly when our two for one vouchers were taken we was not informed that they would redeem the offer as whole rather than individual couples therefore me and my partners who's 30th birthday was not able to take advantage of it.. when approaching the members of staff about it we was dismissed and quite rudely told tough. Also when our vouchers were taken off us they were taken knowing we was using them as couples as he asked us for them in couples. Secondly, my friend whilst havin his legs crossed had chewing gum stuck to his expensive jeans.. again when tellin the waiter it was a response of 'they get cleaned regularly and can't do anything about it'! The lack of general disappointment or any concern was not clearly part of his instincts. I would suggest after every service that tAbles are cleaned and checked underneath before each sitting!
Food was good though but service in Plymouth should consider some training.

Really good experience here, waiter was really efficient. I just thought the food was a little overpriced!

We had a table for 4- between us we had 5 tapas dishes, ribs and a steak and everyone enjoyed, cocktails were really good too. We had no time pressure either for the table which was nice.
