Service was lovely, but restaurant was noisy and food awful - made us both ill.

Service was very slow and not very welcoming. Despite booking a table we were stuck on the table in front of the till/service point where I was bumped into twice by other diners or staff.
Food took over 50mins to arrive (which meant we then had to rush it down to make the theatre in time) but was good quality.
Unfortunately the music was so loud in the restaurant I had to shout to my partner to have a conversation. We also saw another dining couple ask to move seats due to the music!
I wouldn't visit again - very disappointing.

Restaurant was very noisy and no baffling which made it difficult to talk. Other diners were clearly drunk and should not have been seated in the restaurant.

My partner and I are vegetarian and like that there are lots of choices. We were given the veg menu and I chose Honeyglazed halloumi, my partner chose the full enchilada. Our daughter ordered from the childrens menu. It was all delicious - my daughter complained her pizza was too spicey (chilli I guess). Service was excellent. On paying we thought it would be free for the child menu but were told that we had not ordered from the A La Carte menu so we paid begrudgingly for her meal as we had not been told this.. I have since checked your A La Carte menu and the Halloumi meal is included on there. I am disappointed that simply because you are wanting to eat a meat free meal you are instantly excluded from the free child deal and I do not understand why. Then even more disappointing to find out that my meal was on the A La Carte. It would have been good to have had this offer pointed out by the waiter/waitress on arrival and this situation would have been avoided as we would have checked the A La Carte menu also.

We had a lovely evening at Las Iguanas our waitress JEN was superb and was very attentive making sure that we were well looked after with our drinkservice and meals. The food was excellent even though the chilli was hotter than the last time I had it but I understand you don't have control of the heat of the spices. We shall be visiting again soon. Thank you for a lovely even at your establishment.
