My friend and I went there for afternoon tea and we were not dissapointed. We were seated at a window with a lovely view. The staff were so professional and friendly. The cakes and sandwiches were lovely! The manager (Irish) was excellent. A big thanks to him and his staff.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Will return.

This is my second visit. Lovely selection of teas although chest of tea leaves to choose from seems a little gimmicky. As do the new one cup glass teapots. Sandwiches had a slightly dry edge suggesting they had been left uncovered for a short time. Excellent scones and patisserie with outstanding white chocolate and raspberry mousse. However service was generally lacking. Prosecco should have been free flowing but was not refilled once without us asking. The same for tea. Waited 20 minutes for second pot/cup which we had to request and again for final pot/cup. Staff appeared trained to avoid eye contact and disappeared for long periods of time although we're pleasant and polite when they did eventually pay attention

One of the best afternoon teas I had! Everything was amazing – the food, the ambiance, the location, the staff, the tea. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed "Afternoon Tea" on Wednesday 8th March. When we arrived we were shown to a table in the window with views over Marble Arch. The service was impeccable with the waiter going to great lengths to explain all the different types of teas including having samples of all for a "smell test". All afternoon the waiters stayed in close attendance looking after us and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good and the bar service was excellent. Particular thanks to a waiter called Xavier who helped make it a very pleasant afternoon.

Excellent serivce, we arrived early but they found us table right away, great introducing to the teas, food and of course the prosecco. We never had to wait for glasses to be topped up and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend it, infact we're going to go back again in a couple of weeks,

Really nice vegan afternoon tea. Would have preferred a few more savouries and less chocolate pots ( and maybe a scone) but that's just personal taste!

Lovely afternoon tea with free flowing bubbles. Good food - gluten free bread was a little dry but the rest was great.
Regular afternoon tea was excellent too.
Looked after very well - not rushed.
    Would recommend.
