La Terrasse Mirabeau is situated just a stone's throw from the bridge of the same name in Paris' 16th arrondissement. The décor is smart with lots of clean lines and there is a lovely shady terrace. Pierre Négrevergne and his team offer a reinvented classical cuisine using seasonal ingredients and local flavours. The menu changes according to the seasons, using the freshest produce chosen by the Head Chef. Amongst some of the signature dishes that have given the restaurants it's high reputation are the pâtés ( pâté en croute, chicken liver pâté, pressed oxtail and foie gras, rabbit in jelly, pressed vegetables); pig's trotters; breaded lobster; gratin Dauphinois and, on a sweet note, the blueberry pie with cream cheese sorbet.
