Customer reviews for La Tasca - Liverpool

The restaurant was packed full and we were seated next to the cash register and kitchen hatch, very inappropriate as trays were left on the top of the shelf next to our heads. Some of the food was cold and was served to soon after we ordered it, We think it was warmed up!!
Instead of having a relaxing meal before going to the theatre we felt like we had been to a fast food chain, not at all happy after being here in the past and had a lovely time.

Friendly and efficient service. Excellent Tapas. Half price 2for 1 deal until late January good value.
Best Fabada I've ever tasted..... Anglicised sweeter version with more tomatoes and onions.
Have to come back soon.

Hake over cooked. Paella not bad. Service pleasant
(**** 29 November 2016 by Kathy Hodgkinson from Liverpool
Really poor experience. We allowed well over an hour before the theatre but 2 members of our party had to leave without eating, 3 were served after an hour and 10imutes. (With Paella which was dry and very bland). Only 2 had food in time to eat it. The manager was very apologetic and we did not have to pay for the paella and she deducted half of the rest of the bill. BUT the was so negative we won't choose La Tasca again. PLEASE La Tasca be honest with customers about how long it will take - don't say 15 minutes if it will be an hour.
