The Galician restaurant La Pulpería is in Barcelona's Eixample district. Its speciality, octopus, is cooked in the traditional way, firstly boiled in a copper pan and then cut up with scissors. Visitors can enjoy tapas based on traditional Spanish cuisine in a modern setting and nearly every dish on its menu is produced with ingredients from Galicia, including octopus, gammon, quince cheese and tarta de Santiago. It offers a set menu as well as special menus for groups and there is a terrace for al fresco dining.
