Meat is the speciality at La Carnicería ? literally The Butcher ? offering delicious rib of beef, entrecote and fillet steaks from both the Madrid's Sierra de Guadarrama and Galicia and it is one of the few restaurants that offers genuine Rubia Gallega breed beef. However, meat lovers and those that appreciate good quality meat, cooked over the chargrill to order, can also find other specialities such as Kobe beef entrecote from Wagyu cattle as well the most extensive and unusual range of meats in Madrid from around the world, including buffalo, oryx, gnu, gazelle, zebra, camel, kangaroo, antelope, impala, kudu and eland. La Carnicería also sells meat to clients to enjoy at home. All the restaurant's products come from the exclusive distributor Solobuey.
