Thriving in the heart of Glasgow's Theatreland district, AA Rosette awarded La Bonne Auberge has served only the finest of French Mediterranean cuisine, since 1975.

An original French Mediterranean brasserie and bar in Glasgow, La Bonne Auberge continues to serve meals created from the finest ingredients to deliver delicious dishes for every diner. Signature meals from executive head chef Gerry Sharkey include the tender pork fillet and char-grilled lamb rump, which exude quality with a hint of French flair.

Encircled by some of Glasgow’s top theatres, including Kings and Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, La Bonne Auberge presents a fine venue for pre-theatre and a la carte dining in a calm and casual environment. The brasserie is also within easy reach of the city’s shops and only a 10-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station.

With its fine French food, excellent value for money meals and central location, it's no wonder that La Bonne Auberge remains one of the most popular eating spots in Glasgow.

Afternoon Tea was a very pleasant experience and good value for money. The restaurant manager was welcoming and very attentive and the staff were friendly and efficient. The sandwiches were delicious and everything was plentiful. Thank you La Bonne Auberge!

Afternoon tea at £34 was embarrassing for what was provided. I'll be back for dinner, but not afternoon tea.

The meals were delicious and presented beautifully. The ambience was good and raised your spirits with festive music. Unfortunately our waitress did not seem to know anything and had to constantly check with her boss. It was quite odd.

Beautifully set out dining room; excellent friendly knowledgeable staff; quick but not rushed service pre-theatre. Limited but acceptable menu...food very good and well presented.

Went here for a meal before going to the theatre as a birthday treat for my partner. Ibooked a table for 6pm to give us plenty time before the show We opted for the set menu( 3 courses and wine for £49.99). We arrive just before 6 and showing to our table. The restaurant is lovely inside and very clean. Our order was taking promptly and the starters brought out the wine was served and iced water put on the table to. The starters were very tasty I had the salmon and my partner the soup our plates were cleared quickly after we had finished and then we waited for our main course. The
main course arrived 25 mins later by this time it was 6.45 the food was very good I had the chicken and my partner the risotto it would have been nicer if we hadn't had to rush. Our plates were once again quickly cleared and our sweet order taken fast. Sweet came promptly by this time we were asking for the bill as the sweets arrived. We got to the theatre as the show started.
