From casual tapas-style offerings to sumptuous main courses, the Kye’s menu showcases a versatile selection. Favourites include a signature recipe fish pie loaded with chunky smoked haddock and prawns, or a gently roasted lamb shank with redcurrant jus. A range of innovative vegetarian offerings at Kye’s restaurant include stilton and mango tart.

From the bar at Kye’s Southgate, offerings range from international draught beers, through to luxurious champagnes. Popular desserts are filled with exciting twists, like chocolate and Captain Morgan rum torte with an amaretti base, or fresh mango cheesecake.

In the dining room at Kye’s London, original floorboards and extravagant baroque-style mirrors are offset by strokes of hot pink. Southgate Tube Station is 8 minutes’ walk away.

Great food, ate last night and throughly enjoyed it. Could easily sit all night a relax with a glass or two, we sat in the garden and enjoyed the peace & quiet. Definately on our places to dine list.

Saturday evening Things that were great, difficult to say. Small portions and the staff want a lesson in making coffee which was diabolical. And as for the capoccino that was even worste. Over charged on so called special offer. But for the booking having been made on my behalf by my daughter in law I would have demanded the bill be presented in a readable format instead of the one presented with its adding on and crossing out. This only confused the issue and added to the already excessive service charge.

Sitting having Sunday lunch. Crab cakes were tasty and fresh with a zingy salsa. Roast beef with yorkshires was spot on. Friendly service, nice and light and happy /welcoming atmosphere. With enlarged family so can cater for all. Have been here with my wife for an evening together and so this follow up proves to me it is a quality, value for money great place to eat and enjoy some time.

Dined at 8pm. We shared a platter which was tasty and different and great to be able to pick exactly what we both wanted. Both enjoyed our mains which were fish pie and sword fish - excellent flavour and presentation on both. On this occasion we were both too full to have a dessert, but will be back again to try the chocolate cheesecake out! Great service with fabulous food - well worth a visit.
