Kock & Vin is a gourmet restaurant dedicated to re-inventing Swedish cuisine. The basic philosophy is to first and foremost use locally produced ingredients. The menu includes dishes such as: smoked eel and pata negra terrine with beetroot royale and cucumber pickled in chilli; reindeer steak with gravy of smoked reindeer heart, porcini cooked in cream and potato and parsley gnocchi; and slow baked monkfish with brandade of lobster, crab and almond potato served with red onion gravy. The restaurant's skilled sommeliers always help you find the best wine to go with your order.
