Bringing the finest in Deep South cuisine to Theatreland, Joe’s Southern Table & Bar offers recipes inspired by the states of Nashville, Tennessee and Kentucky. The bold cocktail list conjures up hot, heady evenings, with classic mixes served alongside creative concoctions dedicated to various mobsters and movie stars.

The Joe’s Southern Table & Bar menu offers simple and satisfying dishes, designed to evoke a homely sense of the American South. Enjoy the likes of gluten-free fried chicken with lemon salt and tabasco honey, mac ‘n’ cheese, and beef short rib.

Joe's restaurant offers an extensive array of drinks, from its downstairs bar Cocktail Baby. A long list of American beers and spirits are served to the sound of southern American music.

Joe’s Southern Table & Bar is an American haven in London, just 3 minutes’ walk from Covent Garden Tube Station.

The Southern food here is amazing!! I came with American friends and they all found it delicious too! The honey tobasco chicken is to die for! I've also previously eaten the cat fish also very good! We will be back!

The food was hearty and very tasty. The 20 year olds loved the mac and cheese side and enjoyed their chicken and burgers.
The venue was a bit dark, but good service. Disappointed the cocktails were full price despite a notice on the table saying they were a £5 only.

Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Children's menu is particularly good. Loved my veggie gumbo too. Excellent location in Covent Garden.

The meat dishes were really tasty and the service pretty good. However, the venue falls into the 'gratuitous loud music' category which put us off. When will owners realise that most people visit restaurants to chat and socialise, not compete with raucose artificial noise? Other criticism was the fries. Not proper chips but thin, hard McDonald style fries, not appropriate to a restaurant.

The restaurant was comfortable and we were welcomed on arrival.
Service was quick and the food was really, really good. Tasty chicken, corn muffin and greens.... All yummy!! Lots of southern style food to choose from.
My friend had the boneless chicken and fries, followed by peanut pie and ice cream, again really good.
Service was quick, perhaps the waitress was busy but she could have been a little more friendly, make you feel a little happier about leaving the tip that is added to the bill.
Finally happy with the price considering Location.

Had a good meal at joes to celebrate a birthday, excellent food especially the chicken wings to start.Staff friendly and attentive, although they did try to hurry you along a bit.Good tip don't order main meal till after you have had your starter, that way you set the pace at which you want to eat.Could do with having beer on tap,but overall a good place to eat would go back.

Great food. Southern fried chicken was gorgous! Perhaps a little expensive, but a nice 'once in a while' treat. Service was very quick!
