This fantastic little restaurant is tucked away inside a dry stone farmhouse, which has been converted into a charming rustic hotel in the Provençal Holm Oak woods in Anduze. The hotel boasts picturesque gardens, a swimming pool and a helipad, and is a popular destination for France's rich and famous when they are looking to escape for the weekend. Le Ranquet's restaurant regularly hosts special seasonal dinners and cooking classes. Designed by Olivier Gulizzi, the menu features his own interpretation of Bouillabaisse and Duck Foie Gras, served with roasted figs, spices and toasted brioche. The desserts selection is highlighted by the Black & White Chocolate Fondant and the Languedoc-Roussillons-led wine list offers a superb accompaniment to your meal.
