I booked for a table of 5 and we were seated on two tables (4 and 2) which meant that the party was separated, one of the tables was incredibly wobbly (so much so that we could not put bottles on it for fear of them smashing) staff attempted to fix it with folded card and was when they were unsuccessful just left us to it. When asked if we could move to another table we were told the one next to us was booked - as we had also booked it felt like we were not valued. We were also seated downstairs in a corner by a curtain which badly concealed all the boxes of alcohol was stored.
Waiting staff were confused, we were seen by 3 different waitresses who did not seem to understand what was going on. We asked for one bottle of wine with 3 glasses and were served 5 glasses, we had 2 of them taken away and then were given 2 back again although we were clear when asking for 3 glasses. These remained on the table for the rest of the evening despite having asked for them to be removed.
Food was average at best, not very flavorsome. One member of my party ordered the pork cheek which arrived cold and the baked aubergine tasted like someone had dropped the pepper pot in there in the kitchen. One order of tapas was forgotten about and arrived after the rest of the group had finished eating. Considering we paid around £30 a head it was a huge disappointment.
Toilets were not clean and there was a long wait, there is only 1 women's toilet in the restaurant.
Would not go back, we were desperate to get out of there. This place is obviously popular with tourists who don't know their way around London restaurants.

Good service food and service not the best of surroundings though but that wasn't really an issue

Good choice of tapas dishes. Excellent chorizo but disappointing vegetarian paella.
