Great service very attentive, but also a good sales girl - upselling from a standard course meal to the specials board.

Food was good but we were a little surprised that they were missing ingredients for some of the 'specials'. Could do with a bigger menu - choices are a bit limited. Service was good.

I made the mistake of booking at the end of a bank holiday weekend. After we had ordered, and waited 45 minutes, we were told 75% of the menu was sold out
So it was pizza or pasta
If I had known I would have booked Prezzo!

Food as good as ever but the staff were not as good as Bluewater. ie. had to ask for tap water (Bluewater bring it up straight away) Paper serviettes, (Bluewater have cloth) Main course was served before starter had been finished. Restaurant was not busy so no excuse.

I had the Italian steak which was excellent. Service a bit slow but food was excellent.

The food was fine but due to a lack of staff, the service wasn't very good. The staff that were there were doing their utmost to help but it wasn't good enough.

The food itself was excellent however a couple of people felt their portions were small. Also the chips were added as side orders whereas other places chips would be included automatically especially when you order a burger. The salad with the steak was disappointing. It looked like a solitary little gem lettuce sliced and covered in salad cream. I imagined a bowl of side salad at least. The Wine seemed expensive too. A carafe for 2 of us to share at just over €17 does seem high. The deserts however were amazing. The actual restaurant had a good atmosphere although the odd chairs as each table didn't seem quite right and one of my friends had to change her chair a couple of times. I also had an all wooden chair which looked as though it had seen better days.
We also had an issue with the service charge which made everybody very embarrassed. We don't feel you should be forced to pay this. It should be up to you to decide if you think the service was worth adding a charge and also how much. It was paid but it was a very awkward situation.
