Though the restaurant wasnt fully packed, food takes really long to be served. Ordered 2 kids meals but only one apple juice served. Even receipt takes 2 meals, 1 drink. That's really weird as no one actually ask what second drink to be served and if bill could actually reflect only one drink served.. doesn't it look like no one bother asking why?

Food was not good, service needs improvement (not attentive, didn't refill water throughout the lunch till we called towards end of lunch, upkeeping of premises bad (dust was raining from the ceiling as a bird flew in and was perched on various parts of open ceiling). Generally over-priced and over-rated. The Bali outlet is so much better in all areas.

Staff we efficient and friendly. Food was nice and tasty but all mains was heavy with the salt, and became more obvious halfway through the meal. Had orders penne pasta cabonara, Italian Steak, marinated chicken, parma ham pizza.

My wife and I went to Jamie's to celebrate our daughter's birthday and we had a wonderful time. My family enjoyed every moment of it.

We liked the layout and decoration of the restaurant. Makes us feel easy and welcomed.

Two staff members served us. Both were friendly and professional. We were not sure how to order our food and the staff was very helpful to offer their suggestions without pressurising us. They made us feel comfortable even though we were a little uneasy to start with. I regret not taking down their names.

The food was good. We liked the truffle ravioli. But the highlight must have been the dessert recommended by the staff - a tart, soft chocolate and shortcake combo served on a board with a Happy Birthday theme. The staff even stood by us to help us sing our birthday song.

    My daughter was delighted.

Thank you for the beautiful memory.

Food was cold, not warm enough, food was salty and not up to international chef's standards, disappointing. Dining table was hideous and small, which makes the whole dining experience worse.

    - Classic Meat & Seasonal Vegetables planks tasted fine, and were well presented.
    - Pasta main courses (Gennaro's Tagliatelle Bolognaise, Famous Prawn Linguine) were poorly cooked; pasta was not al dente and the sauce was underwhelming and under seasoned.
    - The Silky Penne Carbonara was better seasoned than the two above.
    - Chicken Al Mattone was over cooked; the meat was tough and dry, and sat on a slice of somewhat burnt bread. Not sure what lemony rocket was intended to be, but all I got was a grilled lemon slice, and a few wilted strands of rocket.
    - Staff were attentive and polite. No issues there.

Nice ambiance in the restaurant, the staff was very friendly as well. Excellent service from the staff.
For food wise, the pasta was not really to my liking. The crispy squid appetizers and the meringue cheese cake was very good though.
If there is a next visit to the restaurant, i might skip the pasta section and order other items.
