Horribly noisy environment at lunch time. That means I won't return. Also food disappointing. Uninteresting over-priced salad not expected in such a venue.

I haven't eaten at Jamie's Before - Unfortunately it wasn't the food that let them down, sadly it was poor service. Called to change booking time and the hostess was very rude and actually hung up on me! service not up to scratch; gave me just 1 menu when I was obviously waiting for a friend (then had to be prompted to bring another over) and not offered a drink until my friend arrived (about 10 minutes later!). For such a massive chain restaurant I was shocked by such simple mistakes made. Food was good.

Even though we booked a late 2pm lunch, hoping that the crowds would be less, the noise level was such that - for this party of over 60s - we were all in danger of losing our voices after about seven minutes. The food, however and as always, was delicious.

Me & my mum came here for my mums birthday. We chose to have the £20 set menu. All food served was lukewarm/verging on cold and was mediocre to poor in taste. Everything lacked in flavour. The tomato bruschetta was the only thing that actually had a decent flavour but was served completely cold almost frozen even though on toasted bread which seemed odd and ruined the dish. The staff were nice and I didn't really want to complain to them so we just eat as we were hungry but I cant say anything tasted nice. The last dish we had was the panna cotta with berries unfortunately the amount of orange peel really ruined the flavour of the dish and it all just tasted of marmalade. For £40 plus the cost of the drinks I really felt ripped off.
