In an ultra-modern cylindrical building, Jamie’s Italian Guildford offers sumptuous delicacies from the world-famous chef. Set over 2 expansive floors, crimson booths and floor-to-ceiling windows make for a bright and lively setting.

Launched in partnership with Jamie’s Italian mentor, Gennaro Contaldo, the menu at Jamie's Italian showcases dishes made with responsibly sourced, high-welfare and sustainable ingredients. Tuck into food you’d find people eating all over Italy, including pasta that's hand made on-site every morning, sumptuous antipasti planks loaded with delicious ingredients, and fresh meat and fish dishes.

From the bar you can order from a selection of easy-drinking wines, served alongside ‘Jamie’s choice’ vintages, whilst the Florence Fizz heads a vibrant cocktail selection. A unique twist for younger diners at Jamie’s Italian sees them select their award-winning food choices from a viewfinder menu.

Fashionable yet authentic, Jamie’s Guildford is housed under the building’s breathtaking original vaulted ceiling. Guildford Rail Station is 6 minutes’ walk away.

All good except 'the bread basket' 3 slices of bread between frozen and room temperature not even served in a basket is daylight robbery at £3.75. Needs either redesigning as there were 4 of us at the table or re-naming to represent what it is. Just saying.

Poor service marred the evening. Booked table for 6.30pm. Table was not ready when we arrived. We were told the table was required for 8.15 for next party. we said we were fine with that as we were going to the cinema at 8pm. The service was so poor that we were late for the cinema, even the coffees took and age as did the bill. Not good experience.

Awful service, we were constantly interrupted and then rushed to pay the bill. The staff were rude.

The staff were very friendly and made milkshake specially for my boyfriend even though it wasn't on the menu. The food was delicious

We were disappointed in the quality of the food this visit. We also disappointed that they had run out of Brownies for the children's menu!! Usually a safe bet but not on this occasion.

Starter was ok.. squid.. didn't think chilli rings were necessary. It was the bland main course that really disappointed.. Sicilian chicken. The sauce tasted like it was just tinned tomatoes and nothing else. One small slither of aubergine.. I complained.. they replaced it with the belly pork.. it did have some taste but it wasn't what I really like to eat creamy sauce.. there are much better ways of getting flavour than smothering cream on it. I think this place relys on its gimmicks and fancy coleslaws with its burgers or steaks. When it comes to real cooking.. they just can't do it. Next time I am in the mood for a nice Italian dish. I will stay at home and cook it myself...
Money grabbing mass produced chain food, like so many others. Shame on you Jamie.. if that represents your name.
