We had the £28 3 courses and fizz and it was absolutely fantastic - too much food really but superb and service was excellent. Defo come back.

Disappointed by lukewarm food, and a small portion - shame nice staff and surroundings

Restaurant interior was really pleasant and spacious. Made a nice change from been packed in like sardines as with many city centre restaurants and added to the experience. Service was very good, not much waiting about. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good two/three course set price deals. Some tasty bruschetta starters. Opted for pate bruschetta and the Italian burger and both were excellent though I struggled to finish my main. Decent portion sizes. They didn't serve any draught beers just bottles and the glasses used were small glass beaker type generally used for water. All in all though a great meal and would definitely go back.

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated with the utmost respect and the waitress was extremely informative and explained dishes on specials and any questions that were asked were answered professionally and nothing was any trouble to her which was shown in tone of her voice which was cheery at all times. She also helped me decide on my dish and in fact my wine which was most helpful. That was my first visit but certainly won't be my last and have already praised it highly to some friends.

We arrived 30 minutes before dour booking time but we were still seated promptly. The waiter was very casual and friendly, and made an effort with each table even though he was extremely busy. Service on drinks was a little slow, but understandably so, plus our waiter would make a point of letting us know that our drinks were on their way. Also, his knowledge of the menu and confidence when recommending food was impressive. The food was amazing. We shared the olives, salumi bruchetta calamari and a half portion of the mushroom ravioli. We then both had the sirloin steak with truffle. The steak, chips and salad were all incredible, but I don't think the truffle (charged at an extra £2) added much to the dish. Service on food was quick, and although it was very busy we did not feel rushed at any point. Wonderful restaurant, will definitely be back.

Very cold as we sat under the air con vent with no cover on it! Staff did assist as best as they could but moving us to another table like I asked would have been the sensible option.

Service was fab! We were out for a pre Christmas meal with grandchildren etc and the food was delicious, my 1 year old grandson was practically licking the plate. The staff were very attentive especially with the children. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.
