We had the £28 3 courses and fizz and it was absolutely fantastic - too much food really but superb and service was excellent. Defo come back.

It's always a pleasure to visit Jamie's Glasgow. Great ambiance and imaginative food. We chose from the 2-course lunch option. Fritto misto was lovely. The salad had a harissa dressing that was so spicy I could hardly taste the salad, which was a real shame. Coffee was wonderful, as always.
The restaurant seems to be under-staffed and it can take a while to be welcomed and seated. Ideally, at busy times, there should be someone at the desk all the time.

Lovely food but tables far, far too close, and we were seated right next to the main thoroughfare to the kitchen/bar so although great for people watching was fairly loud and disruptive. I know you're a family friendly place, but I'd say the tables being so close together is a hazard for kids who predictably can't sit still for more than two seconds. On the other hand if you have any tips for getting kids to sit still, please tell us - after five kids, we're still no further forward on this one ;)
Otherwise, I could have eaten a massive plate of your gnocchi alone - gorgeous. And staff were exceptionally polite and efficient.

Cannot and I mean cannot recommend highly enough. Warm and friendly welcome. Warm and welcoming environment. Staff great. Menu great and priced in such a manner that I felt compelled to tip at 12%. (Not like me)

We were there for my daughter birthday. So the staff dressed a dessert in candles and then and a then sang happy birthday to her.

    What a touch.

10 out 10 to all and will go back.

    No downers, no negatives.

Service was terrible. We went for a family meal, my husband and I with our teenage boys. We arrived in plenty of time and was shown our table, table 20 I believe! It took 10 minutes for our waiter to take our drinks order, a further 10 minutes for him to take our food order, however this only happened as I had to ask. Starters then arrived promptly. Unfortunately after we ate our starters we sat with the empty plate for 20 minutes during which time we were offered someone else's starter by mistake! Plates eventually cleared, and ten minutes later we were brought bread and olives by our own waiter? We said we had not ordered, "oh they are for table 21 not 20" (this is how I know we were table 20). Before our waiter escaped I asked, seeing as we have been here an hour already and we have not had our main, I guess you won't be looking for the table back in half an hour as specified when I booked? No he said and walked off. By this time we were very hungry and upset that this poor service was ruining the ambiance of what should be a pleasant family dining experience. I think the waiter must have checked how long our main was going to be, I am not sure if there was indeed another cover booked for our table and my prompting him made him check? The manager came over and said sorry about the delay in your main it should be with you shortly. I explained to him all of the above and in addition our glasses have been empty for half an hour. We had drank our bar drinks along with the water to pass time. He offered us a drink which arrived promptly and it was on the house, 3 lemonades and one alcoholic beverage. Our mains then soon arrived, had to ask for steak knives! Deserts were quite prompt also. I won't be back and certainly will not recommend to anyone. Such a shame as I arrange all our events for my Company and this was on the list. No reduced bill either. £130 for bad service, food ok but it's the dining experience you pay for! Please pass this on.
