Quite disappointed, we ordered garlic bread as well as starters for 4 people, starters arrived fine but with normal bread , the waiter realised the mistake and took it back to exchange for garlic bread but after finishing our starters were told it would take too long to prepare and suggested we didn't have it . Must say the waiter was very embarrassed about it and most apologetic. My garlic chips were luke warm as was the bass that our friend ordered, must admit we didn't complain at the time as had already asked to be move tables as we were too near a door and thoroughfare and didn't want to come over as old complainees!

Very busy at lunchtime but no less pleasant for that. Am on a gluten free diet and was disappointed that no gf desserts were available, even ice-cream, which is easy enough to supply. Also expected gf fries to be available as per the Jamie's in Bath but was advised that the second fryer was no longer available. Despite that, the staff were excellent and did their very best to accomodate me, and my wife and I enjoyed ourselves. I would give four stars if more gf had been available.

Visited with my wife and we both had the same menu.Very disappointed. Misto 1st course of fish and squid was actually insipid fish with one, repeat one, microscopically small piece of squid. Main course of penne was a gigantic sized portion of glutinous penne with miniscule portion of aubergine and a few black olives in a lacklustre sauce. First course was served quickly, main course we had to wait for 27 minutes!! Apparently waiter forgot to bring it to us!!
Jamie oliver now well down in our estimation! Many other restaurants in the same area but with much better value for money.

The food tasted amazing. I was also impressed by their efforts to cater for my gluten intolerance.

Very good. Service is welcoming and attentive. Food is tasty but not outstanding although the tiramisu is!! We had a good value set meal which is available until 6pm.

It was OK. My food (antipasti and steak) was nice. A bit pretentious in the way it was served (wooden boards etc.) but tasted OK. My wife asked if they could substitute smoked mozzarella for normal mozzarella in her meal as she doesn't like smoky flavours. The guy forgot about it at first, then when reminded went to the kitchen ad confirmed they could do it. When her food came, there was a definite smoky taste to it though. The guy said the kitchen had substituted it so there was no point in making a fuss. Spoiled the evening a bit though as my wife doesn't like smoky flavours. Wine was nice.

No welcome at "good evening, do you have a booking". Therefore introduced myself and said I had a booking for 19:30 in the name of ... for 6 people; we arrived dead on 19:30. We were asked to stand in the corner and wait as the table was not ready! Then the waiter/manager (? he never introduced himself) came back and said we have a table ready upstairs. So of we went upstairs. I needed a cushion for support in my back (seats too long) but there was nothing available. Waitress very kind and introduced herself. We were told there were no pizzas (not really an issue as we did not come for pizza - we had booked for a 3-course meal for £18.95). The truffle tagliatelle was disappointing, watery and lacked flavour; my husband's prawn linguine was also lacking in taste. One person ordered a steak which had a lot of gritty bits on it and whilst he ordered it to be done rear, it was nearer medium than rare. When we got to deserts where the choice is limited, which we accept, we were told (after we ordered) there was no cheesecake. The tiarimisu was delicious. For me this was the first time at Jamie Oliver's. I do not think I will return not recommend it. The place had not much atmosphere, especially upstairs as it was virtually empty and we looked out on a range of massive bags of flour.
