food okay, waitress lovely. Ladies loo shabby, don't think Jamie can have been to visit for a long while as he'd not want loos to represent his 'image'.

Service was very good, Music is too loud for dinner

Great atmosphere in restaurant which was very busy during festival time. Limited menu due to deal but good choices within it. Food good value.

The waitress was very difficult to understand and spoke very fast so it was hard to really know what the specials were, even though I asked her to repeat some of the information. I had the seafood special in a bag and it was delicious, although messy to eat langoustines and no finger bowl offered. My husband had pork belly with roasted veg. The pork was delicious but the veg were charred on the outside with roots and outer skins still on (fennel, beetroot, spring onion) and the inside was practically raw and inedible. The waitress didn't ask if I was a gold card member, so we had already ordered before I remembered to tell her. She totally oversold the boozy lollies for dessert (again a language issue). Overall 6/10. Disappointing. I've eaten in Jamie's restaurants across the UK and thoroughly enjoyed every meal. This was my husband's first experience of Jamie's and he really didn't enjoy it. Such a shame.

Waited for almost an hour to be seated although we had a reservation. Food was okay but far away from Jamie Olivers famous kitchen style (Italian Restaurant like anywhere else)... Music was way too loud to have a normal conversation... Went there to have romantic dinner with my girlfriend but wouldn't that again
