Nice layout. Enjoyed main course aubergine dish but wee bit of a kick so probably wouldn't select again. Brownie was divine best I've tasted

Service was excellent, waitress friendly professional very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. Food was lovely and the surprise was as the waitress said 'Jamie says all kids go free during the holidays' a lovely touch as there were 3 kids in our group of 8.

Lovely building and location in the centre of Edinburgh. Buzzing and very busy when we arrived early for our table however we were seated immediately. Friendly greeting and team. The service was slower than usual in our local JO's but we were there for a very leisurely dinner on a weekend break so we didn't mind this at all. Our Server Callum was fab and looked after us without being intrusive or feeling rushed. Food choices were great on the £20 3 course deal. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it.

The food and drinks were quite good and well priced. The pastas and mains were enjoyable.

The staff did seem a little overrun and initial service was quite slow. Having to wait for ten mins or so before a server could see us and inform us about the table left us feeling a little miffed. The situation could've been better handled if the restraunt had a host / hostess could've attended to us within the first few minutes.

It was a fantastic memorable experience dining at Jamies.. My partner and i were overwhelmed with the menu choice, the kindness and friendliness of all the staff... we felt very much treated as individuals and nothing was too much trouble. Our waitress was caring and kind and made our visit there very special.. The service was exceptional and time between courses was just perfect timing... Food was so delicious and just the right amount for us as 2 adults... Enjoyed so much that i'm currently looking into taking my daughter and son to your restaurant in Glasgow next weekend as im going to visit my daughter who is at university there... Thank you for a memorable time, it was the icing on the cake for us after watching Scotland win the rugby that day at Murryfield...
