It was a fantastic memorable experience dining at Jamies.. My partner and i were overwhelmed with the menu choice, the kindness and friendliness of all the staff... we felt very much treated as individuals and nothing was too much trouble. Our waitress was caring and kind and made our visit there very special.. The service was exceptional and time between courses was just perfect timing... Food was so delicious and just the right amount for us as 2 adults... Enjoyed so much that i'm currently looking into taking my daughter and son to your restaurant in Glasgow next weekend as im going to visit my daughter who is at university there... Thank you for a memorable time, it was the icing on the cake for us after watching Scotland win the rugby that day at Murryfield...

Enjoyable experience. Lovely waitress who was very attentive. Good care taken of one of our party who is gluten free.

Disappointing visit. Went there with my parents and my children.
Staff brought main courses out bedfvore the starters so sent them back. They were then brought out 20 minutes later, dry and not good. Coleslaw was hot after being left under hot plate. Also, forgot a side dish of chips, so they were cooked fresh, and was the only quality part of the main courses. Told staff who said they would tell the manager. Manager was aware there was a problem but made no effort to remedy it. Sent an email to Jamie's with my concerns, no reply.
Frustrating as I have had plenty of good meals at Jamie's but maybe have new managers who are learning the ropes?

Arrived for our prebooked table was met by a nice girl who seated us straight away the service was ok maybe a bit slow but I think this is how the staff are trained not to rush people anyway on to the meal for starters I had mushroom fritti witch tasted very greasy my wife had tomato bruschetta which had a very thick layer of buffalo ricotta which she scraped most of it off but liked the bread and tomatoes I tasted the ricotta and it was nothing to write home about for our main course we had the special baked sea bream with mussels and clams in white wine sauce the fish was lovely the sauce laid a bit heavy on the stomach the surroundings was quite nice for me it was a bit to dark but everything thing else was quite quirky to sum it up we expected something a bit special with this being a top chefs restaurant but was quite a let down

Good was very tasty. What spoiled the experience was the seating. The table of 2 was for are too close to the other table of 3 beside us. We were so close that we could not converse properly. There were loads of seats as it's a big restaurant so very disappointed that they felt they should squash people together.
