The wait staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is quite large which is helpful when you're trying to get a Saturday night reservation on Friday. Despite the size, the food came out promptly. Many reviews called it too loud but it turned out to be less loud than expected. The food is good. Not transcendent but good. If the restaurant was in my hometown, I'd go once or twice a year.

We had booked a table for 20:15 but we had to wait for an hour before we finally got a table nevertheless. We could order drinks at the bar before, but the service was really slow there as well. Moreover, after 45 minutes of waiting at the bar, we had to go to the waiter to remind him that we had to wait for such a long time despite our reservation, but it took 15 more minutes before we finally got a table. At the bar, it was difficult to find a place zo stand or sit, since 20 to 30 othet guests were in the same situation as we were. After finally getting a table, the service was ok (although not very fast either) and we got our food around 21:45. the food was ok, bit not worth the long waiting time.

food okay, waitress lovely. Ladies loo shabby, don't think Jamie can have been to visit for a long while as he'd not want loos to represent his 'image'.

Great atmosphere in restaurant which was very busy during festival time. Limited menu due to deal but good choices within it. Food good value.
