Very friendly and welcoming staff. The food is good. Not a busy place, which some may like. Personally I found it lacked atmosphere. However, a nice local restaurant nonetheless.

Very enjoyable experience. Good atmosphere very buzzy, nice staff, delicious food. Fab Prosecco. Had the Christmas Feast menu which we loved. Good value too. Plenty of food.

Service was Appalling. Long waits for food. No apologies or explanations given. 3 kids meals ordered, only 2 delivered. Plus my friend now been vomitting all night.

    Overpriced...slow service

Good service, However, I believe the pudding was not what it said on menu and even the children commented and did not rate it. You cannot write in a menu a Cookie with 1 scoop of Ice cream Then send out an Amaretti biscuit (tiny) with ice cream.. This is something you eat alongside your coffee. Also the Brownie said pieces of Honeycomb my daughters friend said there wasn't any in there.

Apart from that it was OK. The building inside needed a facelift aswell plugs wires hanging down. Although that may have been part of the Character

found service to be slow. Portion sizes were not uniform. My salad came up tiny but a lady on another table ordered the same thing and it was three times the size. Glass was chipped and table was small for our group of 5. As the kids ate free due to it being half term it was economical but would not have been happy if it had cost another £20. A real shame as I was treating my parents.
