Booked a dinner for two with a 3-course meal offer. Waitress insisted on multiple occasions it was no longer valid - website and booking site stated otherwise. This was resolved in the end but the way this was dealt with was unprofessional.
Perhaps more staff training is required.

Meal was fantastic and service was good. Only thing I didn't like was the waitress asking me how I wanted to tip her! Surely that is up to us if we wanted to leave her a tip. Music was also a little too loud

My friend was delayed and I asked for the food to arrive later. It didn't. I asked them not to open her tonic until she arrived. They didn't. My crespelle was terrible, over cooked. Service poor. The final straw was me slipping on the floor from grease the waitress had not cleared c

Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Crab spaghetti was VERY salty.

Chairs are terrible. Restaurant ok. Children running around which is ok if you have your own but not so much at dinner. Fine to have foreign staff waiting on as really pleasant and friendly - however not so good if they don't have a clue what you're asking for.

A little bit disappointed with the experience to be honest. Food was mostly OK, unfortunately the gluten free pasta was very mushy and the rather dry Vin Santo Tiramisu could have been pepped up with a few more drops of wine. Maybe Jamie should stick to stronger Marsala rather than Vin Santo. This is more a "diner" than a restaurant, the metal chairs are uncomfortable and obviously Jamie doesn't want people to linger around. We looked in envy at the people sitting in the bar area on soft cushy seats and if we ever go back that's where we are going to ask for a seat. I'd go back to Jamie's if I pass it again but wouldn't bother making a de-tour for it.

Great food, great service, if a little slow. I recommend the set lunch menu - great value for money.
