Sitting atop the bustling University of Sheffield Student Union, Inox Dine is a contemporary European restaurant championing seasonal, local ingredients. Head chef Joe Berry has worked in restaurants all over the world, but is Sheffield born and passionate about local produce, so much so that his team have gone to the lengths of planting their own truffle trees on the restaurant balcony.
Goat’s cheese, walnut and oat, with cumin-roasted beetroot and a lemon and saffron gel, is an innovative starter on the Inox Dine menu, and can be followed by braised pig’s cheek and BBQ ribs with roast garlic mash, savoy cabbage and apple purée. The quirky breakfast 'Egg Bar' offers an unusual start to the day, while a selection of gourmet open-sandwich ‘tartines’ are served at lunchtime for those looking for something lighter.
The Inox Dine restaurant in Sheffield also offers a variety of Afternoon Teas and themed events throughout the year. Their Yorkshire tea features the house speciality, Yorkshire parkin, while other options introduce strawberries & cream or mojito flavours into the mix.
Inox Dine faces Firth Court in the vibrant university district. The University Station is a 6-minute walk.
