Great dining experience at Inamo. Liked the decor; the interactive table cloth, food was good, served in good time and reasonably priced.

Lovely, polite staff who were keen to help. Very fast service - although it wasn't very busy! Nice food, amazing cocktails and the interactive tables are great fun!

It is one of my favorite restaurants in London. Lovely, fun, science fiction experience. We had sushi and black cod with white wine( CUMA which is value for money and very tasty).

We really enjoyed the venue and enjoyed the experience but unfortunately the service was very poor. There was a mix up with the table and we found one of the receptionists a little too aggresive. Also one of the waiters dropped a glass of wine over my friend because there were too many drinks on the tray. This could be down to lack of experience or no common sense. It is very surprising that there were a lot of waiters and waitresses but even though you order direct from the table (interface ordering system) we still had to wait a while. We will return but hopefully next time they'll sort out the standard of the service.

    so romantic

The booking was good, quick and efficient. The welcome at the restaurant was not well organised, probably because people were overwhelmed, the table was not ready on time as per booking and the waitress tasked to explain the orderning system did a good job in explaining, but like a robot and coldly. Not a big deal, just that one does not feel very welcome..

Rather complicated and lengthy (if novel and amusing) ordering process on the interactive tables. Whilst waiting in the bar area for a friend to arrive (20 minutes), we weren't asked if we wanted a drink! Which, as we didn't was fine, but normally would not have gone down well.

The trendy computerized table menu and interaction was excellent and a great distraction if the company you are in aren't great ;) Food was lovely, however the waiters and hostesses were not very friendly and took forever to arrive once you buzzed them from your control panel. The toilets were nice apart from the automatic toilet flushing on me while I was still on it and the soap dispenser fell apart into the sink when I tried to wash my hands :/ Overall really swanky, nice food but customer service experience was poor!

The food was excellent! The service was very bad! My drinks bill was wrong, no apology! The waiter spilled sauce from one of our dishes on to my jacket then walked away, no apology! When paying my bill the lady from the front desk was processing my card in the machine and asked "how was your meal" when I told her the food was good but the service was bad all she said was "I don't know what to say" twice and still no apology? When I said to her you could apologise and say sorry she said "I don't know what to say" very bad!
