we've chosen from a 4 course set menu so there was no problem, all the food was served accordingly, nicely presented and small portion so if you are a big eater or really hungry not a place to go but suits me as i'm small eater and even then couldn't finish mine so my husband was happy to finish it for me. very interesting ordering system interactive so called ok if you're a computer savvy but was easy to use, staff was very helpful, friendly and was attentive so some of the negative review i've read was not representative of our experience, will go back again, thank you to all at inamo

I was extremely dissapointed with my whole experience from
Start to finish. Firstly they cancelled my table without actually asking and the only way i found out was through email. Then they double booked me- sent me downstairs at 8 and then 30 mins later my friends hadn't arrived to find out they had one been waiting 15 minutes before someone had seen to them and then took them to the wrong table. Again i had to go upstairs to find out. Food was average- plus a lot of my orders were forgotten about and had to re- ask for them.

Food was nice but service was terrible. The drinks arrived all at different times. We ordered edamame which arrived 45 minutes later.
The sorbet flavours on the menu was one thing and we have got given different flavours all together.
The waiters turn up 20 minutes after being called. Won't be coming back again.

Enjoyed the food, service and presentation of food. It was interesting to have interactive tables and order from our table. A new fun experience. The set menu was great value.

Service was up and down. Waiting staff were excellent, front of house were incompetent and bordering on rude. When they start arguing back with you in a patronising way you realise that they have totally misunderstood how customer service work. The bar downstairs is like a morgue so if you are waiting for a table go to a bar next door or across the road but make sure they don't give your table away. They like doing that. Food was unexceptional and drab but the experience was a lot of fun with the interactive menus. It is a novelty restaurant that has so much more potential.

I went with a friend for a catch up and we had one of the set menu deals. Good value, but with very limited choices and the food was average. It was however a fun experience to order the food using the technology in the table and the service was good. Attentive, but not intrusive.
