Bad service (the little that wasn't via the table), food didn't arrive at the same time. Rushed to get the next sitting at the table, wont be back

Desserts offered a great selection; nothing predictable and made to a high standard. Starters and main offered a reasonable selection but portions were small. Biggest disappointment was receiving an email inviting us to arrive before our booking time in order to enjoy the bar. We arrived at 6pm for a 6.30pm booking and were asked to go away as the bar was not open. This meant we were not able to relax into the meal and had to kill time window-shopping as the only other nearby bar was standing room only.

Exciting place to dine with changeable tablecloth, ordering via table computer which projected the food onto your plate and being able to ask for a waiter at the touch of a button (so to speak). Ans the food was as it was projected and tasted very good food, highly recommend but go on a night when the bar is open otherwise there is no where to sit and wait for your friends in the restaurant.

Two things disappointed me last night. Firstly, having been to the St james site previously, Soho felt very cramped, particularly in the back room which feels like it has four seats too many.

Secondly our table of four ordered around 16 plates. All were fine apart from the Yum Buns ordered by myself and a friend. The meat was so over cooked it was sharp and brittle in the mouth, and was impossible to tell what meat it actually was. My friend barely attempt to eat it. Poor for a dish that costs £10 each. When we raised this with the waitress at the end of our meal we got the response from the 'manager' that this is deliberate due to the range of sauces. Either this was a terrible decision to make by the kitchen, or we were being palmed off. Was so disappointed at this we're unlikely to return.

Cramped dining area. Cold restaurant. Food was good

The interactive menus are fun at first, but ultimately due to the very small sushi portions I probably won't go back.
