The restaurant was packed when we arrived causing us to be a little late for the table however the staff were amazingly accommodating with a couple of bottles of complimentary wine for the delays and the food that followed was outstanding! Thanks for a cracking evening!

The overall experience was a bit disappointing.... We went as part of the London Restaurant Festival offer. I have been to the restaurant before a couple of years ago and recommended it to the group as I had quite a nice meal last time, but felt the a la carte menu was a little over-priced so the festival offer seemed like good value.

I suggested we meet in the little bar in the lower ground floor for cocktails as I had done the previous visit - however we were told on arrival that it was not open on weeknights. We were not put in the main restaurant, but led to a funny room at the back with sparse decoration and the drink cooler machines - a strange atmosphere and not a good ambiance for dining.

The food was delicious and good value for money on this deal. However it arrived all at different times (which we were expecting as everything is freshly cooked), but the cold starters arrived AFTER our hot main courses - which was a little baffling, and ruined the experience and flow of the meal to be honest.

Nice to go once to see the interactive ordering system. Overall it was fine, but I wouldn't go there again and thought it was odd to charge such high service charge when you have such little interaction with staff - and the ones we did encounter were quite pushy and rude.

Style over substance. Lots of technology which fails to disguise that the food is mediocre at best, the cocktails are tasteless and that the service was poor.

It was a nice evening but we were put at the back of the restaurant and the atmosphere wasn't great and the projectors on tables were dull and not very bright. I liked the concept but the food was expensive for what it was and there wasn't much selection on cocktails.

Although we enjoyed all the food, the dining experience was ruined by the appalling service. The tabletop ordering systems were a fun gimmick, but unfortunately they were totally ineffectual - one of the main courses arrived before the soups, of which only 3/4 were brought over, and we were waiting for one of the cocktails for 15 minutes. We had to ask for water four times before it was brought over and our dirty main plates were left out long after the dessert arrived. Credit to the manager, who handled our complaints well at the end of the evening, but in general it was the worst service I have received in London for many years.

Went using the London restaurant festival offer so had a limited choice of food and paid £5 extra for a meal upgrade. Arrived at 5.30 and had to leave without having our desserts (and still hungry) at 7.20 as we had theatre tickets. The restaurant table was fun but the food was disappointing - very small portions and flavourless. I did not feel it was good value even for £30 each including a cocktail. The service really slowed down when the restaurant got busy

Really tasty food and a novel idea. Although we were late for our reservation, they were very accommodating. The vegetable red curry was really good as was the salmon salad.

I booked this restaurant as I had had dinner at the Covent Garden branch and I had enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately it was not the same this time. The ambiance is not as nice, small tables next to each other, etc. Also two of the options I had opted for in the menu were not available. Now I understand I got a special deal but considering that menu is already limited, if your two choices are not available, I do think the management should make a little effort to offer you the choice of going for at least another la carte dish including it in the deal rather than just saying "sorry, that's the deal, you can only choose among those options" when two of those options are not available.
