We really enjoyed the evening. Food acceptable, bubbly topped up until we really had enough, staff friendly but not in the face.

Worth experience ever. That was the 3rd time I was visiting the different branch and each time it is worth. In 20 minutes rhey push you out as they bring all the food together. They are to in a rush to push you out that they don't even bother to serve you water or make an attention of the booking was for a special occasion.
But the worth is that they are lying: 3 courses menu with a coxktail for 20GBP but what they don't tell you is one of the course is a ball of hot water and that in the second course you take meet you should tope up 5 GBP.
A restaurant not to recommend unless you want to be had a bad experience

Four of us went to Inamo on Wardour Street last night for my husbands birthday. I booked a table for 8pm but when we arrived at were told that the table wasn't ready although there were several empty tables in the restaurant. When we questioned this we were told that our table wouldn't be long and we should go down to have a drink in the bar. We had booked the £20pp 3 course plus cocktail offer so we asked if we could have our cocktail (a choice of prosecco style one or a non-alcoholic one, which they said we could have downstairs in the bar. 10 minutes later no drinks had come. I chased the barman and he said he would check. Finally 10 minutes later (so now 8.20pm) we were brought 4 horrible prosecco/almond 'cocktails' which weren't worth the wait. At 8.25pm we were told our table was ready so we sat down ready to use the interactive ordering. It was hard to use, slow and irritatingly non responsive. We could choose 1 soup, one Asian tapas and 1 main course which we eventually managed to do. The waitress then told me that they were out of my chosen main course and would I choose something else. I told her I didn't like any of the other 4 choices to which she replied 'okay I'll delete your original one" and was prepared for me to not have a main course! I asked to see the manager who did agree to me selecting a dish from the a la carte at no extra charge. Our chicken and sweetcorn soups arrived which were cold, thin and greasy looking. At this point the four of us decided this was going to get worse so decided to pay for our drinks and leave. Sods law for the timing as the other dishes of food started to arrive (all at once, not starters, then mains etc!!). We explained we weren't happy and asked for the drinks bill which came in at £37.50!!!! My husband said we weren't prepared to pay that much as they were overpriced and horrible. After further discussion we left them £20 and after an apology from the manager we left and will not return.

The food was delicious and the ordering process was a really fun idea! The only thing I would mention is that you're sharing tables with other guests, unfortunately we were sat next to an incredibly rude man (and Loud!) man which unfortunately we couldn't help but let it ruin the evening! So just a warning for anyone not wanting to sit next to other guests.

Poor customer service, massive language barrier and food was below average (don't order the dumplings)!!

We were a party of 5 dining on the set menu with fizz and it was great. Rather than topping up glasses (usual way these deals are done), they gave us a bottle of bubbles and refreshed it when asked (though the service was a little on the slow side so we were a tad thirsty at times!). The food was delicious and of course the interactive tables were a great hit.

The restaurant didn't have details of my reservation via Bookatable, but were able to squeeze us on the end of someone else's table. The food was lovely, although not much meat in the Red Thai Curry. The "cocktail" from the set menu was a class of Prosecco. Used the "Call a waiter option" and no one came. Flagged down a waiter twice to request the bill, which took about 15 minute to arrive from the first request.

I just felt the service was rather lackluster and the main attraction of the tech wasn't that special or well-explained.
