Booked set menu offer for £28, unlimited food. Good value for money

Table reserved for 7pm but we had to wait 20 mins for the table. Good interactive menu but not a lot of choices for eat as much as you want.

When I have spoken to the restaurant over the phone they have been very helpful, I had to cancel the booktable deal of unlimited tapas for £28. However we did end up going though were very disappointed with the quality of the food. I thought was fine though my husband wasn't impressed. Also, it wasn't actually good value for money as just 3 dishes is enough so would be better to go a la carte rather than the offer - if you were thinking of taking advantage of one. The experience of ordering from the menu from the table was great - the highlight for us. The lady on the main desk was miserable and unhelpful and the décor really needs updating.

Food was really excellent - menu was a bit confusing and we over ordered. Staff are good but because of the 'table top ordering' they lack knowledge of the food and it took a while for them to come to us and help.

This is my second time dining at Inamo, although the first time at the Soho restaurant (the other one being just off Piccadilly Circus which has since closed). Very intimate atmosphere and although the place was busy it didn't feel like it! There was only one 'down' side of our experience - we went downstairs to the bar after our meal but we were the only ones there, it was very small and dark so we moved on after one drink. The meal itself was amazing and we couldn't fault a thing!

We arrived very early but were seated quite quickly. One lady explained about ordering and brought the bubbly. We ordered and ate one dish then had a wait with no food until two other staff explained we had not pushed"Order"button. Once we did,the dishes arrived in such rapid succession that there was not room on table for all! The food was good and,by choosing carefully,we did not too much spicy food. The wine flowed VERY freely and we stayed well over 90 minutes. The restaurant was not bbusy so we were not rushed out. I would like to go again on an offer to try the dishes we were too full to eat! I thought the offer was Prosecco but we had an interesting French sparkling which was quite good.

Rushed, chaotic, wrongly charged, food was greasy and oily and the chicken was like rubber.

My family had fun and the food ok but the service was not great, our table wasn't ready we waited 25 mins and the waiters ignored us a couple of time what I find quiet rude.

Booked for 7pm on the Bookatable set menu offer and arrived on time etc. When we tried to order, the set menu offer disappeared from the virtual table menu, which was fiddly to navigate. The waitress then launched into some long explanation as to the tables being controlled by head office, and the set menu got taken off at 7pm! If someone books a table for 7pm, they don't order at 7pm, so really this is ridiculous. Moreover, we asked if we could order from the other set menu offers that weren't from Bookatable but were still "live". We were told that it was not possible and we have to order from the a la carte. Aside from this, service was poor - staff were unhelpful, short and abrupt. Food that was supposed to be "hot" arrived cold and the restaurant was smelly, loud and did not provide the nice atmosphere for a good dining experience. Never going back.
