Great food and great evening, though the wine and some dishes were a little pricey. We enjoyed everything that came to the table however, the waiters were attentive and service was relatively quick so I can't really complain!

Food is good. They forgot one order but brought it later

We met early (5:30pm), six others there before us. Very relaxed and well thought through decor. Staff super friendly, and although they are a little un-coordinated, its actually very Spanish. The food was excellent, and they clearly know their business is centred on the Spanish way with food. The wine list needs to reflect the stock, because they do hold some fine wines in stock. Loved the place, appreciated the authenticity. Don't think this is some stuffy place. Perfect.

The amount of food (tapas) is disappointing so not great value for money. However food did taste good.

Great food, really enjoyed it both times we came. The service was good too, although perhaps just a bit understaffed for a saturday evening (we waited 10-15 mins to give our order). But otherwise the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is just gorgeous. The stews specifically just smell and taste of Spain. Everything is measured but perfect. The desserts too - we had the apricot sorbet & guanaja chocolate and that was just divine. We had the house wine both times, and enjoyed it.

We dined on a Friday night, reservations for 3 people at 8pm. The restaurant was not busy at this time however it was almost full around 9.15pm. We decided against ordering a bottle of red wine as it was a little pricey and instead had 1 glass each which was better value for money as it was well filled and delicious too for only 6 pounds a glass - can't remember what it was called. Did not like the suckling pig dish it did not taste fresh and was only half warm when it came to our table, I don;t think it was meant to be this way. Also, the dessert which I had heard so much about - Whiskey cake was the biggest let down of the evening, there was hardly any cake or whiskey taste to it and instead it was drowned in fresh cream!!! The only amazing dish we had that night was the black rice with prawns - to die for!
