The lifts had synchronisation problem so this lead to delays and queuing outside in the street at just before midday. When we got up to the restaurant it really could have been anywhere. We had a window seat which was nice but it was squeezed into a corner by the kitchen still nice view if St. Paul's . Staff pleasant service prompt. Dim sum soup and desert really very good. Main course Squid generous but like eating leather sadly. Toilets had great view but dirty and in desperate need of refurbishment Glad I did this but it wasn't quite the experience we all expected.

Excellent evening - lovely views, great ambience, excellent food and super waiter who looked after us brilliantly. The main courses - in particular the cod fillet and braised beef - were spot on. Not cheap (especially the wine list) but certainly worth it for a special occasion.

Good but expensive. You pay for the view.

The experience of dining in the Shard was amazing, the food was very good and with the special offer very good value. Looking at the every day menu the price reflects where you are rather than the food.
The price of the wine is way too much for lunch starting at £44 per bottle.
That said it is a good experience but overpriced.

We had the set menu including the vegetarian set menu. The view was unbelievable and the service was extremely good and friendly. The food was fairly spicy but delicious. Highlights were the dumplings and the mango dessert was just right to end the meal.

Excellent venue, clean and well laid out, with plenty of room per table. we had the set lunch menu, which was tasty and good value, with a wide range to try.

    Obviously superb location and views!!
The food was excellent in the oriental style and service was good. We had the set lunch menu and all dishes were extremely palatable and well presented.
The wine was good but, as one expects these days, somewhat over priced. But I suppose that's what you pay for the view!
