Offering upmarket brasserie dining in the heart of the capital, Hush Brasserie Holborn serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea in a contemporary setting. Grill classics and hearty British dishes lead the menu, which is stylishly complemented by a classic cocktail list.

Favourites include the 8oz Scottish fillet steak with truffle mash and a red wine sauce, and pot roast pheasant with Savoy cabbage and apricot stuffing. Elsewhere on the Hush Brasserie menu, find enticing sandwiches like the lobster roll with lemon and garlic butter sauce, or pulled pork in a brioche bun with chilli mayo.

Afternoon tea at Hush brings a touch of glamour to the timeless tradition. Joining loose-leaf tea, warm scones and finger sandwiches are sophisticated gin cocktails packed with indulgent flavour combinations like small batch gin with fresh pear, blackberries, apple juice and cinnamon syrup.

Hush Brasserie in London lies on the edge of Bloomsbury, just a 2-minute walk from Holborn Tube Station.

The food was lovely and i especially enjoyed the black roasted chicken, the service was also satisfactory and the restaurant itself looked nice.Definately recommend Hush Brasserie

Party of four for the Prosecco Menu. We all liked the restaurant and the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Three of us enjoyed our meal very much but one guest was, not surprisingly disappointed in her main dish – Caesar Salad, which contained a mound of lettuce and a few croutons, no olives, bacon, chicken, or cheese, and none was offered as an extra. It was disappointing for the restaurant that it had so few diners on a Friday evening.

Very nice, quiet place - we went early. We have a nice dinner, great value, and attentive service. They swapped the vegetarian mains which they didn't have to so that was very appreciated.

Starter was lovely but perhaps too large. Main wasn't great. Service was nothing to write home about but not bad enough to not tip.

Went here on a deal and brilliant. Arrived earlier than booked as thought we'd have a drink beforehand, was asked if we wanted to sit at the bar or at our table and was offered our prosecco that was in with the deal or did we want it later. We sat with our drink for about half an hour and then decided to have our food. We were never rushed, the staff were polite and attentive making sure everything was ok. The food was lovely, hot, good size portions and just the right amount of time left between courses. Clean, nice environment and I will definitely go again.

We had a really great evening here. The set menu of 3 courses with Prosecco at £19 per person was excellent value. The food nicely presented and delicious. The mac and cheese starter was particularly good. Service was friendly and efficient and the seating, in a curved booth, was intimate and pleasant. I would definitely go here again and recommend it to others.

Nice cosy restaurant. Tried hanger steak, which I had never heard about before. It was delicious. Would go back. Didn't like house prosecco, tasted like vinegar

Friendly and efficient staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. The lobster was terrific, and the steak tasty and tender, with good sized portions. Handily situated for tube station and parking in Lincolns Inn Fields.
