Offering upmarket brasserie dining in the heart of the capital, Hush Brasserie Holborn serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea in a contemporary setting. Grill classics and hearty British dishes lead the menu, which is stylishly complemented by a classic cocktail list.

Favourites include the 8oz Scottish fillet steak with truffle mash and a red wine sauce, and pot roast pheasant with Savoy cabbage and apricot stuffing. Elsewhere on the Hush Brasserie menu, find enticing sandwiches like the lobster roll with lemon and garlic butter sauce, or pulled pork in a brioche bun with chilli mayo.

Afternoon tea at Hush brings a touch of glamour to the timeless tradition. Joining loose-leaf tea, warm scones and finger sandwiches are sophisticated gin cocktails packed with indulgent flavour combinations like small batch gin with fresh pear, blackberries, apple juice and cinnamon syrup.

Hush Brasserie in London lies on the edge of Bloomsbury, just a 2-minute walk from Holborn Tube Station.

Booking service was fine,,,, we were greeted at the door by a young gentlemen who was very curtious who showed us to our table,,, & unfortunately that was the best bit of our dinning experiance in Hush,,, men's toilet facilities were awful ,, blockages everywhere!!! Food not very good either,,, waiter who possibly could have been been the manager seemed like he never wanted to be there. We had booked an offer that we could not see on the menu & when we went to ask him about it,, his demeaner was very cold & not hospitable at all. We were told it was happy hour & we had to ask what it meant & what was included,, again it was a chore for him to explain to us.

Friendly, popular, effecient and good value. Lobster and steak lunch appealing if latter a cheap cut. Good dessert.

We had a very enjoyable meal at Hush Brasserie Holborn and when we are next in the area would pay another visit. Food was good. Staff attentive. We have recommended it to a couple of people since our visit.

We dined from a " Special Meal Deal " which was good value coupled with good service and restaurant ambience.

Had a steak and lobster meal for 5 people. The lobster was fine but very small. The steaks were cut up into 4 to 5 pieces not served as a whole steak. It was badly cooked and all you could taste when you ate it was the burnt meat. It was very foul and horrible tasting.

No service what so ever with this restaurant, never going back there again.

Absolutely fantastic food. Both the lobster and steak were cooked to perfection and the desserts were divine. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived and was able to dine earlier than booked we chose the meal deal of glass of wine steak chips and lobster.
Service was ok friendly polite meal was ok the steak was very small and chewy but lobster and chips delicious could of done with a finger bowl as very messy, we ordered as extra a dessert I had mars bar cheesecake which wasn't very nice , overall an ok experience nothing amazing disappointed that there was a £15 service charge which wasn't earned as service was just ok.
