Hotel is full of little corridors and rooms with lovely comfortable settees to sit and have a drink before dinner. The restaurant was quiet being a Tuesday evening but food and service was excellent. Wine can be a bit pricey. Overall it is a lovely place to dine and relax with friends as the staff do not hurry you and we were able to sit and chat. Will certainly be back.

Was awful. My companion and I neither could cut or chew the chateaubriand which should be a tender cut.

Disappointed..went for the chateau briand offer for 2, not really worth the money, wasnt cooked as requested, did say to waitress at the time it cane to tje table but no offer to return to kitchen, one portion of fries to share between two!! Poor i though when the offer was for two people. Nobody asked if everything was ok during the meal or when removing the plates. On the whole a lot of money for what it was & we were really disappointed..wouldnt do again.
Nice restaurant, maybe we were just unlucky with going for the offer as oppose to the a la carte menu.
