We had a great evening and the food was excellent. We chose one of their meal-deals which came with a bottle of the house Merlot, which was surprisingly good. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

We choose the Hotel du Vin to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary, and how pleased we did. The service we received from the Martini and his Team was exceptional.
My wife and I both started with pate which was excellent with a good selection of toasted breads, (not the usual couple of toasted fingers that you seem to get elsewhere).
We again both choose the main course of Belly Pork, it was served on a wooden platter with the was superbly cooked and was the best I ever had. deserts of cheese cake and sorbet completed an excellent meal. Not to mention the house red Merlot which went down well.
Speaking to other dinners everyone was delighted with the quality of the food and the outstanding Chef's skills !
I will be returning as soon as possible and would thoroughly recommend at an average total cost of around £40 per head

Took my mum and my son for afternoon tea for Mother's Day. Service was fantastic, very attentive but not intimidating. However I was disappointed in the food! Felt like everything had been made well in advance and been in the chiller for hours. Did expect the crossiants, brioche and tart to be warm, they were fridge cold. The scones were
Slightly hard and so we're donuts, they tasted stale, again like they had been made the previous day and been chilled. Son loved the candy floss and was a nice touch, and they also made him a alcohol free sorbet no problem at all which was great. My mum has a yeast allergy and while this was catered for, the fillings were simply put on wraps, almost as like they didn't know what else to do. Was a shame because a few tweaks could have been perfect and best I had had. For £20 per head was disappointed with the food, and have experienced better from cheaper places. however service was great, excellent staff thank you.

This was our second visit using the Bookatable facility. The food was excellent as was the service but the wine in the offer was not to the same standard as previously experienced. Having said that overall very good value for money. Will go again.

Starter an main courses were very good .everything was wonderful until we ordered the deserts
    The deserts were desasters
souffle was rock hard and had to be sent back and the chocolate bomb didn't melt, and the staff were matter of fact about it just not interested
I had the souffle in Brighton and it was beautiful.
The cost of bottled water was rediculous.
    It was not spring water.
We shall be doing a trip advisor and twitter account review next week.
