The place was beautiful, and the cakes were delicious. Really enjoyed my afternoon tea. Couldn't fault it at all. Lanes leading up to the place were a little bumpy and tight but totally worth it when you get to your destination. Will be recommending to many friends :) Thankyou for a lovely afternoon.

This was an afternoon tea celebration for a friend's 80th birthday which surpassed expectations. We received a very warm welcome not only by the staff but a fabulous roaring fire in the reception area. We were shown into a beautiful room with lovely comfy sofas and a table set ready. After putting in our tea requests we sat back to take it all in and chatted away until the food arrived, which all looked wonderful, with a candle in a cake for our friend, a thoughtful touch. It all proved to be extremely yummy, with a varied selection of sandwiches, two types of scone and fabulous cakes etc. We all had a thoroughly wonderful and memorable afternoon and would not hesitate to recommend or revisit.
