Hatam was established in 1986 and was the first Persian restaurant to open in Scandinavia. The menu features meat, fish and vegetables straight from the grill. But there’s also a long list of famous Persian casseroles, such as ghormeh sabzi, stewed lamb with coriander, leak, fenugreek and kidney beans served with saffron rice; and chelou morgh, roast chicken marinated in turmeric and stewed in tomato sauce and onion, served with saffron rice.
