Hässlö Werdshus exudes ambition in both the kitchen and dining room. It strives to offer honest and authentic food and top class service. The menu features dishes such as: Ramsbergsröra (trout roe mixed with lemon crème fraîche) on rye bread; seared local pike perch with dill and white wine sauce and pike perch sausage; and fillet of beef fried in pepper with sherry vinegar sauce and potato baked with bacon and chive. For dessert you can enjoy the vanilla and amaretto ice cream with warm rosehip soup and almond macaroon.
