My friend and I had a lovely full English breakfast and tea only thing no butter for toast. Great service. We only come once a year for Christmas shopping and will definitely book for next year.

Very nice overall, but the savoury items were a little disappointing in taste and quantity.

I have been to the fourth floor café in Leeds for lunch many times before and also the Victoria Quarter café. The set price lunch or evening menu is just what I like, the presentation of food is excellent the amount is enough to really enjoy three courses without feeling over full, if you want more you can add side dishes. The service was quick and friendly and the décor is very trendy. We both enjoyed the Christmas set menu on this visit with some excellent house red and white wines.
If you are Christmas shopping it's an idea to have dinner here afterwards.

We are regular diners here but last night was a little disorganised, our coats not asked for on arrival? We waited ages for someone to ask us if we wanted a drink in the bar where we were sitting, not handed the menu to decide what we wanted to eat?
When seated I had to complain that it was cold in the restaurant area but told nothing could be done! very uncomfortable! People were eating with their coats on!
When I went to the ladies I was surprised by how much warmer it was in the department store area which was closed, why?
On the up side the food was excellent and the service was as usual good
Also, as we come here a lot I was surprised that quite a lot of the staff we have come to know are no longer there, why? Even the girl who was our server last night who we know told us it was her last night she had a better job!
