The waiting staff have a perfect mix of professionalism and amiability. The bread is exceptionally good. The Christmas pudding was amazing but needed more rum in the cream!

Nice waitress, staff pleasant and friendly, though meet and greet was very poor.
    Food excellent, ambience lovely.

Fab meal with wonderful gluten free and meat free options. Beautifully presented and high quality food. Great service too. Lovely surroundings though it all needs updating - looking a little worn round the edges since it opened.

This was the 4th time I have been to Harvey Nichols for Champagne afternoon tea. One of my party is gluten free and had the gluten free afternoon tea. She was very disappointed as the bread was not great and the two scones were tiny and solid, not at all enjoyable. It was a shame as I had said to my friends how great it is and they were really looking forward to our treat followed by some Christmas shopping. She said that she has had much better gluten free bread and scones and considering its Harvey Nichols assumed it would be better. Yes I would recommend for normal afternoon tea but no for the gluten free option.
