Excellent food and service, stand out part of the meal for me was the coconut parsnips have not had them since Christmas and was great to see they were on the menu. It really is easy to stop for lunch when shopping due to location.

We had afternoon tea for four (including two veggies). We arrived slightly early for service as we were on a tight timetable but were seated immediately. Staff were attentive and did what they could to serve us relatively quickly. The food was excellent; the cakes (especially the scones) were light and delicious so we didn't feel that horrible bloaty feeling after too much cake!! All round it was very good indeed.

The champagne afternoon tea, which was bought for me as a birthday present, and service was brilliant.

HN's Bristol is my favourite restaurant in Bristol. The whole team are fab; the kitchen, restaurant and bar. I arrived for lunch yesterday, and Emily said my wine I'd ordered had come in which was brilliant. Perfect service every time. Regards my meal yesterday, the crab was pleasant (grapefruit was a touch too strong for the delicate crab) but the steak and beef rib was fantastic!

I have been to this restaurant three times, each time for afternoon tea. The staff are very polite and helpful. The food is delicious. It would be worth keeping menus of the afternoon tea on the table so that you can refer back to this whilst you are eating as I often forget what the staff have told us, is in front of us.

Service, quality of starter and main course excellent. However the Petit fours served with the coffee were extremely poor quality and an insult to the consumer. The greeting in chocolate on the dish was a nice touch. The drinks were too expensive
