Sat at table for over half an hour, nobody came to ask what drinks we wanted. Plenty of staff walking around but nobody achknowledged us. Ended up having to ask my colleague to go to the bar to ask someone to come and take our order. We were a party of 8 who all ordered steak or a mixed grill, took ages to come and when it did, none of the steaks were cooked to how we asked. Steak was cold about 30 seconds after it got to the table.
This is the third time I have visited here, and everytime the food has been terrible. I visited with a colleague last week who had some pasta, but when it came out it was like rubber and unedible.
We also visited here last year with work and had the same experience, poor food, poor service etc. Also doesn't help that there is 1 drinks machine for the whole pub. I think there was a queue of about 8 people yesterday waiting to get one.
Unfortunate really as i've never had any issues with any other Harvesters.

It was my husbands birthday and I booked a table for 6 we ordered 3 rump steaks one with ribs and asked for them to be cooked well done with none of them was but my grandsons was I would say medium rare with visible blood on the plate and he was put off by it the waitress took it back and brought the same one back and it still wasn't well done so it went back again and we had by this time all eaten our meals when it came back for a second time it was charcoal black not edible he's 16 and finished up having a cheeseburger which pretty much was annoying the manager apologised a few times and gave us a discount to which I was ok with it hasn't put us off and we will go again we did visit a few weeks ago at lunchtime and we enjoyed it that's the reason I booked last night for my family hopefully this is just a one off
