Food was really nice apart from the chips. Fairly quick service but did not feel rushed. Not much choice for drinks. Toilets need some tlc.

Ribeye steak burger cooked to perfection for myself and my mom, however I am not keen on the brioche buns so I left that. My husband had mixed grill which looked lovely. One minor complaint is the toilets could do with some tlc and there doesn't appear to be much draught beer or cider available. Service was extremely quick and server was pleasant do not sit groups of adults next to young children as one was a little disruptive when we first started eating which was a bit of putting

As usual the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everyone enjoyed the evening and all meals were lovely. My son, daughters and my favourite has to be the BBQ ribs. The men enjoyed a steak which they say was cooked to perfection! We loved the 33% discount which only made the meal out even sweeter.

Sorry. I have very negative feedback. We arrived to find a virtually empty restaurant. (the reason became apparent). I had to go & find a member of staff to tell them we'd arrived, because we'd waited & waited.. We were given menus & told that one fryer had gone down & therefore nothing fried was available (accept for chips).. This almost completely wiped out the entire starters section, & everything else that we'd have chosen as first choice on the main menu. People that were coming into the restaurant were being told this & they were all leaving. We'd have done the same, except that my wife is disabled & we'd already walked a long way from the car, & she really couldn't manage anymore walking (she uses a frame). We hadn't finished the starters when the main course arrived, & the starter plates were not removed at all. The atmosphere was cold because there were only one or two tables being used. At the end we were the last in the restaurant & everything was being cleared away & staff were going home. It was not a good experience & one that would put us off using a Harvester again. I would never recommend it. To be quite honest, I begrudged paying every penny of the bill
