From its succulent grill selection to the celebrated unlimited salad bar, the Harvester menu is packed full of wholesome flavours for the whole family. Rotisserie chicken cooked in a secret blend of spices is available alongside tender smoked ribs marinated in signature BBQ sauce, while smaller tapas-style dishes are perfect for sharing, with options like spicy crackerjack prawns, and grilled chorizo with padron peppers. There are generous combo platters, juicy steaks, well-stacked burgers, and a great salad selection with premium additions.
All kinds of sweet treats are served on the dessert menu at this Harvester in Eastbourne. The sundae selection loads real dairy ice cream with toppings like warm chocolate fudge brownie, raspberries and honeycomb pieces, while classic British options like Bramley apple pie sit alongside international twists like key lime pie. Very friendly and helpful servers. Food was not of the standard I have come to expect. I asked for egg and pineapple with my gammon and got only egg. My son had a huge bone and not much meat on his rib meal and had to ask for the mac and cheese which didn't come with it. This had to be returned as it was freezing cold in the middle. The 2nd one was ok. My granchildrens meals were ordered with neans but came with peas. The meals were tasty but off putting not getting the order right.

Great meal. Much better since the refurbishment, we had stopped going here as the food had become really bad

Such a shame ! We have had many lunches here and all have been great. However, everything was different at the breakfast, a party of 9 we had 2 breakfasts with beard or eyelashes plus eggshell. Two others were cold ! Also took an hour from seating to getting our food. The waitress was wonderful and very apologetic, however this was our first and last experience for breakfast. Tip for the chefs, please wear beard covers when cooking !! So for the breakfast I am going to have down grade this restaurant

Absolutely appalling evening. No space to sit and eat the waitresses had to keep getting out of each other's way when they were trying to serve. Food was disgusting.
Tried the 'new' seabass with mashed potatoes and beans absolutely dreadful. Potatoes had gone hard on the top and I had to break through to eat it but after one spoonful I gave up as it was stone cold and tasted like paste. Tried the beans and again were stone cold and tasted peculiar. The fish was so small it look as though it had been cut in half and frizzled up also cold. My husband was lucky he had chips so at least he had something to eat. Could not complain as the girls were so busy that they didn't stop.
I spent from 01.00 a.m Sunday morning through to 10.00 p.m. throwing up. Never, ever will I go there again and I have told everyone not to bother. Not prepared to rate anything as it should be a minus figure. Used to love that place but not anymore.

Not as good as a previous visit.
Had to wait 5 minutes before being greeted. It was very quiet but only saw a couple of waiters.
Salad bar was repeataive on both sides. No white rolls
No ice for the coke
Southern fried chicken wasn't available although it was very quiet and early in the evening.
No complaints about the food which is why I would recommend it.

Booking easy and accurate. Still billed as walk in! Service overwhelmed and items missing from menu, not mentioned at start! Food adequate but service slow.
