Gammon was very dry accompanied by a shriveled up tomato; had obviously been kept warm whilst rest of orders were being prepared. Not good!!

Busy when we went but still received our food within a reasonable amount of time. Friendly staff. We chose this restaurant because there were more choices available for mum who is allergic to animal protein and there were more vegetarian & vegan choices than on some other restaurant's menus. Mum was really pleased that she could even have a vegan dessert (rice pudding) and something different to the normal option she has to have.

We found the dining experience disappointing. Firstly when we order cod, we were told they had no fish. Good start. The restaurant was busy, waitresses were rushing about and we had to wait a long time to order. We were seated in the pathway of the toilets, so people constantly walking back and forth. It was not a very calming dining experience. Food was OK, coffee was cold. Order was not totally correct, although we did not say anything as it was only we had asked for no peas. Will not be dining there again.

Service was very slow, the food was very plain and not at a standard I expect from a restaurant.

As always a good experience where all the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble , the food is excellent and always served in a timely manner , worth remembering to book in advance as it does get busy , but if it is you can always enjoy a drink in the bar while you wait
