Rotisserie chicken cooked in a secret blend of spices is available alongside tender smoked ribs marinated in signature BBQ sauce, while smaller tapas-style dishes are perfect for sharing, with options like spicy crackerjack prawns, and grilled chorizo with padron peppers. There are generous combo platters, juicy steaks, well-stacked burgers, and a great salad selection with premium additions.

All kinds of sweet treats are served on the dessert menu at this Harvester in St Albans. The sundae selection loads real dairy ice cream with toppings like warm chocolate fudge brownie, raspberries and honeycomb pieces, while classic British options like Bramley apple pie sit alongside international twists like key lime pie. Good experience generally.Food was ok but portions seem to be much smaller and the salad section had less choice . Where have all the lovely regular staff gone? We were served by Hannah who was very competent and friendly but for example brought my coffee with a cup but no saucer and I had to ask for milk .

Had a very good meal. It was probably the busiest i have ever seen it. The staff performance was excellent. Even under pressure the service flowed and the food was well worth the money. We will be going back. Many thanks

2 of us had the festive turkey bun, which was very nice, except the corn on the cob was missing. 1 person had the festive dinner, forgot the gravy! We found the bread rolls to be a bit hard and dry. There was no honey & mustard dressing, which was disappointing. Pudding was lush - although I can't remember what it is called - from the festive menu, it had chocolate truffle and salted caramel. Definitely recommend it.

John our waiter was great, very helpful and enjoyed a good laugh with us. Chips were a little over cooked otherwise food was very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed

Was a busy night but staff worked hard. Service was polite and friendly but a bit chaotic. Food was very nice - hot and fresh, although my first cup of tea was a bit on the cool side.
Location is a good meeting place as it's just off the M1.
