With a cosy rural feel inside, and popular touches like covered al fresco seating for the warmer weather, Harvester Didcot is a versatile family-friendly pub and restaurant. Wholesome British flavours pack the menu, with vegetarian and kids' options on offer, as well as a full bar menu of cask ales, world beers and wines.

From its succulent grill selection to the celebrated unlimited salad bar, the Harvester menu is packed full of wholesome flavours for the whole family. Rotisserie chicken cooked in a secret blend of spices is available alongside tender smoked ribs marinated in signature BBQ sauce, while smaller tapas-style dishes are perfect for sharing, with options like spicy crackerjack prawns, and grilled chorizo with padron peppers. There are generous combo platters, juicy steaks, well-stacked burgers, and a great salad selection with premium additions.

All kinds of sweet treats are served on the dessert menu at this Harvester in Abingdon. The sundae selection loads real dairy ice cream with toppings like warm chocolate fudge brownie, raspberries and honeycomb pieces, while classic British options like Bramley apple pie sit alongside international twists like key lime pie. From the bar, there are world beers, spirits, and speciality soft drinks for the kids.

With its outdoor seating being a hugely popular summer spot, Harvester Didcot is a 9-minute drive from Didcot Parkway Rail Station.

The pudding was too big, should be a smaller option. Food good. Staff friendly and place clean.

The staff was friendly. Didnt appreciate getting the mains before the starter were cleared . The food was just okay the chicken was very dry and the tin peas dont go well under a light to keep the food warm. The food could be a lot better . But overall it wasnt to bad just about reasonable.

Booking service fantastic, easier than telephone booking.
Food was of a high standard and was served promptly. The only problem was a lack of bread rolls at the salad bar.
Really good service. Would definately recommend

    Excellent experience

The menus were dirty, service was slow, some food undercooked, some cold. Nobody asked how the meal was and we had to attract attention for just about everything from drinks, desserts, bill and payment. Think they may have been short staffed as none of the waiting staff appeared very happy.

Great meal, wonderful staff, very accommodating. Food came quickly and it was very nice. Everyone had a good time.

Staff were friendly and food was good but service was slow. There did not seem to be enough staff to cope with the volume. We dined at 5:15 which is a popular time for families with children so they need to be served quickly and get out. By the time desert came the kids were so tired.
