Food and service excellent, however building was really hot and we were unable to open windows and door's due to wasps and flies. Air conditioning is urgently needed.

    wasn't impressed

Had to wait a long time for our table even though we had booked when we did get the table we were put right by a door so was asked to move. Drinks took a long time to arrive and our waitress was good but needed help as it was only her second night and she had many tables to deal with. My advise is to have more staff at the busy times

A very warm welcome . Excellent service. Although the ball pit closed early due to a private party so granskids did not go in.

Ok. The table location was odd though as everyone overlooked it.

The restaurant was busy but the food arrived in good time, was fresh and we'll presented. Our waiter, Phil, was attentive and charming. I recommend the steak!

Awful , the diet coke just tasted of gas. The salad bar was half empty and to top it off the fish was like rubber. When we Sent the fish back the waiter explained that there had been a problem with the fish . ( why keep letting customers order the fish then!)

When we first arrived there was no one serving behind the bar. We stood there for nearly 20mins and within this time 3 different members of staff came behind the bar to do various things and left again without even acknowledging us at all. In the end my boyfriend had to go and find a member of staff to serve us. The waitresses serving us our food were pleasant but I don't think there were enough of them to cope with all the tables as we had long waits for food. We only had 2 mains, a pudding and a coffee and we were there nearly 3hrs! When my boyfriend had finished his coffee I was still waiting for my pudding which was only icecream and I had to wait nearly 50mins for it so they knocked it off the bill thankfully. After receiving the bill it took us nearly 30mins to actually get to pay for it too. The food was nice but I never got to have any salad from the salad bar as when I went to get some they had no lettuce left. The signature steak was nice but I don't think it was worth £18, to be honest I've had steaks just as nice from The Fellows for half the price. I actually ended up apologising to my boyfriend as it was my idea to go there as I'd eaten a few times there before it was a Harvester. Needless to say we wont be dining there again I'm afraid.

Very dissapointing, everything I wanted I had to ask for. I had to ask another customer for their salt, the Pepsi max was flat, I wanted thousand island dressing but they had run out, I had to ask for butter and also sweet corn. The lettuce was simply cut into chunks and put into the salad bar. The fork was dirty and had to be swapped and the piece of steak that my partner had was very tough.
