Booked over the web, was straight forward.
The service in this restaraunt was very poor. Waited 10 mins from being seated to order drinks. Finished my main meal before receiving my second drink, which was a good 10 mins from when a second drink was ordered, I ordered the drink with 2 seperate members of staff over a 10 min spell, eventually I noticed the manager and told him how long we were waiting , he apoligised and took the price of 2 drinks off our bill.
Spoilt the dining experience for my daughter & I.

It was ok, food was of good quality, flavour cooked just right and reasonably priced. Seats were very uncomfortable and service was quite slow.

Ordered the vegan Tex-Mex burger and it was a total disappointment. It was dry, tasteless and simply fell apart.
I've been vegan for 40 years, if I can make a burger that doesn't fall apart; surely a 'burger restaurant' should be able to? Overall very disappointing; will not be returning.

Food was great and amazingly priced, will definitely be coming back for more.

However, waiters were very to slow take orders and even then there were a lot of mistakes with the food.

One of our party never got their dinner until everyone else finished theirs because the waiter never punched it in.

Another member of the party received a classic burger with all toppings, despite asking (and the waiter acknowledging) the request for nor Mayo or relish.

However, because of how good and affordable the food was, we will be dining again.

Took friend who has never been before. She said it's one of the best meals she has had from dining out. Outstanding food, restaurant was extremely busy but this did not stop staff ensuring every person was well looked after.

Friendly staff and tasty food, good selection available and swift drinks service. Only little negative point was that it was quite cold in the restaurant and I was glad I was wearing a long sleeved sweater! No other downsides though and happy to visit this location again.

The food and service was very good. We were greeted at the door, taken to our table, menu and ordering system explained all in a friendly way. The restaurant has a relaxed feel and both our burgers were lovely, the hand cut chips are amongst the best I've had.

Service was friendly and very helpful and very efficient!

    Good quality of food.
The concept of referring at a counter with your table number is not brilliant especially if you are up the stairs at a table. Need.a Rethink on this
Table service would be better this novelty ordering style doesn't work in this restaurant set up
