    We had a great pre-theatre lunch. The food was lovely simple Italian dishes, just as they should be but often difficult to find. So much better than any bog-standard chain restaurant.

    Value for money was ok considering the location - see below.

    There were only 2 downsides;

    No children's menu (I did advise I'd have 2 children with me when I booked). They were really accommodating, but it did work out pretty expensive as the kids had to eat of the adult menu.

    It was also very quiet so the atmosphere wasn't the greatest. But I bet during a busy service it is a lovely intimate buzzy place.

    Would definitely visit again should I ever be in the area.

    Lunch time visit packed with Christmas revellers but this did not distract from the service, only the ability to hear ones conversation! Pasta is fresh and delicious and good value for money. Limited desert menu if you have any room left

    It's surprising to find a restaurant in this location. But it's wonderful to have it there - and it really works. Kep up the good work!
