Set in the Parrswood Entertainment Centre, within easy reach of a cinema & bowling alley, the casino offers free parking for customers.

Served in a relaxed, welcoming setting, the Grosvenor Casino menu offers an eclectic range of contemporary dishes. Topped with mushroom and stilton, the 8oz rump steak leads the signature grill range, with the likes of Persian-spiced half chicken amongst the other flavour-packed options.

    This is our first time. Very lovely meal, we had a starter of soup and chicken wigs followed by Steak, and rack of ribs , meals were very filling . This party of four were very pleased. The service was excellant.

    A nice ambience considering all the activity going on around. Always had very nice meals and so reasonably priced. I had steak and it was cooked perfectly.

    Quite intimate setting considering the size of the casino. Tables nicely spread. Nice friendly staff. Love the steak meals, always done to my choice. Also tried the stuffed mushroom as an entree and yummy. Wine not over priced either.

    We were a party of 8 people, one of whom is wheat, gluten & dairy intolerant. Two of the party were members at this Casino, for the others it was their 1st time at a Casino and they were so looking forward to the experience. When I paid the deposit for the Full House Experience Package & gave the Sales Manager our meal selections from the menu, I did mention & stressed about the gluten etc intolerant issue to the sales manager, as part of the menu included bread. I asked if the restaurant could provide gluten free bread, he said he 'would see' what they could do. I explained that the lady in question required gluten free bread & couldn't eat 'normal' bread etc.
    On the actual night, I saw the sales manager, I asked had the restaurant got the gluten free bread? 'No, they didn't have any', was the reply. I explained that I would have brought some if I'd known that the restaurant wasn't going to provide it. I also mentioned that as there was a supermarket across the road from the Casino, could they not send out for some gluten free bread?
    Luckily I spoke to the Restaurant Manager, Paul, and I explained the situation, again I suggested sending someone out to buy the bread. Thankfully Paul did just that & that issue was resolved. For dessert, the lady had asked for fruit salad ( it wasn't on the menu, but she couldn't eat any of the other choices due to the intolerance problem) and when dessert came.. she was offered 'apples' . It wasn't the waitresses fault but as the kitchen/restaurant had had our meal orders for 8 days, they should read & noted what we had ordered and also noticed the intolerance issue & should have had the necessary ingredients in stock. I spoke to Dan, our waiter, and asked if they could provide something better than 'apples' for a fruit salad? Thankfully Dan brought a fruit salad of strawberries, banana & you guessed it.. apples! My friend was quite happy with this & thanks to Dan for his efforts.Meals were very good & we had a great night.
